In order to love well, we must also Listen.

The Greatest Commandment begins with the word "Hear" or "Listen" (Listen O Israel the Lord is One). Many of us have heard the saying, "You have two ears and one mouth for a reason...listen!" Sounds easy.

Yet, the Hebrew word for listen, Shema, carries a deeper meaning of listening intently, hearing to understand, an active process of listening.

Have you heard the 80/20 rule applied to various areas? It can be applied to listening as well. In coach training, we are encouraged to listen 80% of the time. That is my commitment to you because we all need someone to listen. Processing in a safe place is so beneficial to our health!

Our lives are often filled with opportunities to Listen, Love, Learn, and Live it OUT! We are to Listen and Love with a learning posture so that we may LIVE lives of ABUNDANCE...and settle for nothing less!!!
