Group coaching is a great avenue for equipping leaders in their personal or professional development to help them grow in self-awareness, promote self-care, and achieve goals with accountability. Coaching in a group setting creates a space where group members can strengthen capacity for growth and change.  “Coaching translates into doing” (Britton, 2010, p.38)  Group coaching provides the Alliance an opportunity to bring International Workers together from different specializations to “share experiences and learn together.” “The new collective wisdom...has the potential to effect significant change within organizations” (p.12).  One group participant said, “There is nothing more exciting than having participants from five or six different countries and time zones all on the same group coaching call. The diversity of perspectives, insights and “Ahas!” are greater than we could ever create in an in-person environment with the same effort” (p. 11).  A Manchester Review/ICF Survey showed 5-7x more return on investment in a group coaching study including increase productivity (53%), customer service (48%), organizational strength (48%), retention (32%), teamwork (67%), job satisfaction (61%), and conflict reduction (52%) (Britton, 2010, p. 37-38).

 

My passion is to see international workers working together to join in His Kingdom work across the globe!  As a Coach, I can come alongside right where they are, provide accountability and support, and ask questions to stimulate awareness, vision, growth, and movement to help them reach their Spirit-filled goals. I enjoy facilitating conversations that lead to Spirit-empowered, Kingdom advancement, encouragement, and strength for International Workers so they may GO from where they are to where they want to be spiritually, emotionally, and/or physically.  I remember what it was like to feel isolated and alone in the middle of the desert in Hovd, Mongolia.  Finding a Life Coach to walk alongside me made all the difference!
